We may also from time to time ask you for information regarding your investment preferences or experience or for other information to assist us in the provision of our services. If you become a Dealing Client we ask you for further personal information.

We use the information provided by you to contact you regarding investment opportunities and to provide you with details of our services. Additionally, we use personal information provided by Dealing Clients in order to give advice on certain investments. We may use this information to let you know about products and services of other companies we work with.

With whom might we share this information?
We may need to pass your information to third parties who help us to maintain, administer or develop our service. We reserve the right to access and disclose personal data or information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate our systems properly, or to protect ourself.

What are your rights?
You are entitled, on payment of a fee, to a copy of the information we hold about you. You should let us know if you think any information we hold about you is inaccurate, so that we may correct it.

Our Responsibilities - how does Wills & Co protect user information?
We seek to limit our employees' access to your information about you to those employees who need to have such information to service your account. We emphasise to our employees the confidential nature of user information and the high level of importance that Wills & Co places on maintaining this confidentiality.

How long do we keep your details?
In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will retain your records for a minimum period of six years following the termination of any relationship between us. This period may be extended by force of law, regulatory requirement or agreement amongst us.
Accordingly, we cannot agree to any request for the destruction or deletion of any record pertaining to yourself unless we are required to do so by force of law or other regulatory requirement
